Do you accept commissions?

Sure do! I’d love to work with you. Feel free to email me at hello@siancann.com if you have a commission and I’ll see what I can do!

What shipping options do you offer?
I currently only ship within the UK. Cards and prints are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service, and framed originals are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery. All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

When can I expect my order?

I generally get to the Post Office just once a week, so expect your order to take up to a week to be dispatched. Please feel free to email me at hello@siancann.com to check on the status of your order.

Do you charge VAT?

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

What methods of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted as well as Apple Pay, Paypal and Venmo.

Do you sell gift cards?

I currently do not offer gift cards.

What is your returns policy?

I hope that you will be delighted with your order and fall in love with it straight away! In the event that you do wish to request a refund, please email hello@siancann.com. Unused and undamaged orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be issued on receipt of goods, minus shipping costs which are non-refundable.

What if I don’t receive my order?

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, then please email me at hello@siancann.com and I will get back to you ASAP to arrange a replacement or refund. If your goods are damaged, then please include photographs.
